Phone Orders
Parts can be ordered via telephone by calling toll-free 1(800) ATI-3433 or (410) 298-4343 Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern. Most parts can be shipped UPS within 24 hours. “Next Day” and “Second Day Air” orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern. ATI also has a fax line for your convenience. To Place an Order
Orders may be placed using a major credit card, money order or check upon approval. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & PayPal.


If using a credit card, include the name of the card holder, the card number and expiration date on the card. Specify quantity, part number, part description, price and any other necessary information.

Some orders will require detailed specifications of your car. Also include your name, full street address (no P.O. Box numbers), city, state, zip code and phone numbers & email address where we can contact you during the day or evening.

Minimum Phone Order: Please fax or email any order under $15.

Core Allowances
A core allowance will be refunded to customers who return their used transmissions where required. Once these transmissions have been inspected and determined to be rebuildable, payment will be mailed to you in the appropriate amount. Cores must be returned within 30 days.


Crating Charges
All ATI transmissions are shipped in crates, which can be used to ship your core back to ATI. The crating charge is $65.00 and is non-refundable.


C.O.D.
There is an additional $7.50 charge on all C.O.D. orders. C.O.D. shipments will be sent "Certified Check or Money Order" unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For open account status or company check you must complete an ATI credit application.

UPS Delivery
Packages weighing up to 150 pounds can be sent via UPS. UPS CAN NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES!


Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 90 days.

ATI will only accept return of unused and undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging. You must be the original purchaser of the item and the item must have been purchased directly from ATI. A copy of the original receipt must be included in the box along with contact information and reason for return. Package must be postmarked on or before 90 days from the date of purchase.

Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Freight handling and associated fees are not refundable. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment as originally received. For international shipments please call or click here to email us. Please note, custom manufactured or special built items are not returnable. Some items may require a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of ATI. If your item has a dated SFI decal, and the month returned is different from the month on the decal there will be a $25.00 re-certification fee.

Warehouse distributors, please review your WD package for stock adjustment and return policy.

Warranty
ATI PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS, INC. warrants to the original Retail Purchaser that all products manufactured by ATI will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days, unless otherwise noted, from the date of its original purchase. ATI will repair or replace, at their option, any part, assembly or portion thereof which ATI's examination discloses to be defective. Transportation costs are not included. Disassembly by anyone other than an authorized ATI Representative voids all warranties.

THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THE LIABILITIES OF ATI CORPORATION ARE LIMITED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO REPLACEMENT AS STATED HEREIN AND DO NOT INCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED UPON THEORIES OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
