The patented ATI Super Damper is the only damper designed exclusively for high performance engines.

  Eliminates torsional crankshaft vibrations
  Exceeds SFI 18.1 specs
  Laser engraved 360° timing marks

Inner and outer shells are available in aluminum or steel contain the steel inertia weight. The inertia weight has six (2-ring design) or eight (3-ring design) computer machined grooves to retain the proper durometer O-rings (dyno tested for each application).

[1] These assemblies fit Chrysler cranks and will accept pulleys, crank triggers, and oil pump drives designed for Chevrolet big block.
[2] Hubs are dimensioned to clear the stock cast-in timing tab. The damper face for pulley mounting will be forward of the OEM location by: .150” for 2-ring internal balance, .450” for 3-ring internal balance, .750” for 3-ring external balance. Hubs may be shortened by the listed amount for internal balance and .600” (.150” fwd of OEM) on external balance if the tab is cleared, or order ATI cover with adjustable tab (part #916259).
2-ring internal balance can be installed in the OEM location with minor clearancing of the timing tab and retain OE timing mark.
[3] Hub has 2 3/16 wide keys at 180O and requires a #916261 spacer which is supplied with the hub. ATI manufactures a one-piece billet hardcoated aluminum pulley (pt # 916263)with the OEM 7-groove serpentine for accessories & an outboard 10 groove serpentine for blower drive. [4] Part # 916256 has a .600 counterbore, Part # 916257 has .830 counterbore.
[5] Aluminum hub OEM front (part #916255) is OK for 2 ring dampers.
[6] Cannot retain OE location. Must space out accessory pulleys .750”.
[7] For 2 ring shell assembly, use part #918447E.
[8] Part # 918605E is a 2-ring shell assembly.
[9] Supplied with new lightweight aluminum pulley to retain stock belt location.
[10] Specify shell assembly number and #916192 for aluminum hub.
[11] For Paxton Supercharger, add part #SK157C(OEM Paxton size) & SK157C2 (10% OD Paxton) for new aluminum pulley with 7 rib / 8 rib. Retains OEM belt location.
[12] Not an OEM replacement for stock pulley location.

  How to read this chart
  1. Locate the correct manufacturer's chart
  2. Choose the specific engine application listed down the left side of the chart
  3. Determine if the damper needs to be internally or externally balanced ( external balance dampers are constructed of steel only). Black bars that extend horizontally across the entire chart designate these sections
  4. Determine if you need steel or aluminum shells. Labels for this information are listed across the top of the chart in columns 2 and 3.
  5. Once you have determined the shell material, you need to find the outside diameter (OD) of the desired steel or aluminum shell. Then choose between 2 or 3 rings and the desired weight of the damper.
  6. From the far right section of the chart, select either a steel or aluminum hub for your desired engine application. To determine the correct damper assembly part number that intersects is the correct damper assembly.
  7. Assembly part numbers that are color coded correspond to the pulley mount bolt pattern listed near the top of the charts.
